According to the Czech Republic Goverment regulation, Pursuant to Section 98(u) of Act No 435/2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No 408/2023 Coll:
with the effectivity from the July 1, 2024
An employment permit, employee card, intra-corporate transfer card or blue card is not required for the employment or work of an alien who is a citizen of:
- the Commonwealth of Australia,
- Japan,
- Canada,
- the Republic of Korea,
- New Zealand,
- the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- the United States of America.
