Summer program in Food as Medicine

Food as Medicine This new and improved version of our popular culinary program delves deeper into the fascinating world of cuisine and its impact on the dietary needs of adults with chronic conditions. Plus, it incorporates exciting new modules. And, as always, the experiential learning approach is here to stay. This is a defining feature of UnilaSalle's science curriculum and has been a significant factor in the program's success over the past 12 years.
